Title: Samurai factory front bumper tube

Question about the factory bar with the tow point.  My tube is bent severely due to pulling on the bar. 

What is the size of this tube?

I believe the tube bending, sucked my frame rails in.  I'd like to correct this by cutting and welding in a new tube.

The bumper tube or the frame brace tube?  I believe a 1.5" tube will fit inside.  I would cut the bent part out and slip the new tube inside.
