high beam only work when i pull the lever if i push nothing happen the running ligth are also at worng place auto is off, next one down is rear only next one down is front and back, and off is front only, i changed the lever already look at the wires under steering and looks fine i dunno where to go from there...

Find an auto electrican and wiring diagrams - there is no way, unless the wiring has been modified, to get rear lights without front lights. As wired from the factory there is one switch position that powers the dash lights, license plate and front & rear side lights.
If the only problem before the switch was replaced was the high beams, reinstall the original switch and then troubleshoot from there.

thank you for the reply it always had those problems i think i will bring it to some one i got the car a month ago and the gv has been a pain since but i like it enougth to fix it up thx
