Title: What kind of shocks for stock spoa

I am redoing the suspension on my 87 samurai and the shocks I took out are rancho 5167 in three front and 999119 adjustable in the back. Not sure I should use the same to replace. Any thoughts on different shocks?

Depends a bit on what type of wheeling  / driving you plan on doing but in general I'm a big fan of spending suspension money on shocks. Look to what the desert guys are using as they are the best at design and tune for offroad. Bilstein, Sway-a-Way, King, Fox are the big players
