The horn does not blow on my 2002 tracker . I found the horn relay under the hood and it has no power to the horn side or switch side. I ran a hot wire to the horn side of the relay and the horn blows. I think the horn fuse is the same one as the tail lights and it is good. I am thinking it must be a loose connection some where. As I have no power to the relay. Should it not have two hot wires at the relay 1 for the sw and 1 for the horn? any ideas
