Being in Florida and also the fact my Tracker is pushed a little harder I was wanting to ask what others have found to be the best replacement radiator? My Tracker is older and getting a new water pump and timing chain so I want to look at doing the radiator at the same time.
16 Valve - 5 Speed and sadly no A/C

Is the radiator in good shape? if the fins & cores aren't corroded & there has been no stop-leak gunk etc in it I'd just leave it be. Up north we get used to having to replace them since they corrode away until they leak, but unless you are having overheat trouble, run it!

It takes some searching, but if you are getting a new stock radiator find an all copper one. Ones with the plastic tanks are not repairable.

They may not be repairable where you are, but they are repairable - what usually fails is the top tank, and the repair shops here have replacement tanks - they straighten the tabs, swap the tank out and fold the tabs back down - I have one that was done about five years back and it looks & works like a new one.
