Title: 87 Samurai part identification

Hello, there are two small stray parts I found in my new Samurai, but I can't find any information on what they are. One part is a rubber cone about 3/4 of an inch in diameter on the wide end, with a hole through its side and a half-moon indent on each end. The other is a metal tab an inch wide with a half-inch hole in the base and a rubber cap on the end. Does anyone have any idea what these are?

I don't recognize the rubber cone.
The other piece looks like the piece that goes in the window channel (the slanted portion of the upper part of the door) and helps hold/guide the window into the weatherstripping slot/groove
