Title: Tracker front locker?
Post by: egreven on March 10, 2004, 02:13:51 PM
I was trying to get a Locrite front locker for my Tracker.  There are no part numbers for Trackers on Locrite's web site.  I was hoping the one for the Sammy was the same.  So I e-mailed RRO. RRO told me they have something in planning but right now there isn't one.  Is there anything other than the expensive ARB that fits the front?  Money right now is a concern.

I'm sorry to say, for now, you're screwed. You might want to seriously think of going steel and a modified sammy carrier from Hawk, and then go locked. just a thought.
One last thought, you have a 97, right? That means you have a 26 spline front diff. Go through Hawk, and get a modified sammy carrier (rear 26 spline) with a lock-rite installed in it, if you have the money to spend(hope you do), get the GV dropout with the XL-7 housing (all steel) and zuk happily ever after! hehe! ;D
