Title: Vacuum hoses

So I just bought an 88 samurai and it has a few hoses missing and a couple that aren’t connected to anything. I’m not sure what or where the hoses and connections are supposed to go or what they are. It has trouble idling. Could anyone tell me what these are and what they do and how to fix them?

top picture two tubes should have vac hoses to  go to EGR?
