Hi all,
Nice to be here and have enjoyed looking around getting used to this forum
I have the opportunity to fit the above to my zook, was wondering if anyone has done this and have some tips to pass on.
So far from what I can see I should drive at 2.1:1 to give about 5psi.
This should be ok with std ECU.
It will add 500cc/rev and is suitable for motors from 1.0L-2.2L

No real tips other than to cheer you on! I really want to do one of these. So fun... :)

I agree with Eric. It's really about wanting to and actually putting the effort into the installation. I'm looking forward to reading more.

So I have never heard of that unit, but have been looking at them since this popped up. Looks pretty awesome! Guess I need to start looking back for some boosted Zuk builds, cuz that is too cool! My rig already has a milled head, so compression is already around 10:1, so I don’t know if it would take much if any boost...

Watch the bottom end main bearings, they aren't the strongest. I'm wondering if the ECU will adjust mixture well enough to cope with that boost. I haven't worked with a super that small, will be interesting to see how it goes.

I'm familiar with some Eaton m45s and m62s wow I thought they were small. This is a kei car charger for a 300cc engine I'm pretty sure.
I wouldn't want anything smaller than a m45 on these engines. You need to look at what cfm the blower can push at a given rpm. Psi doesnt mean anything with a supercharger. That's just a unit of restriction. You need to know the blower rpm and the cfm that it can produce.
I can only imagine the iat when you go wot with this small charger. You might need a intercooler or some water meth.
Seen a few people post these up on suzukis on YouTube but I think it was the 1.3 engines. If you delete the a/c it should be a easy install. But not sure if it's worth the gain. Would be a cool project tho.
