Title: 16 Valve Fuel Supply line

hat size fuel supply line do you use with the 16 Valve conversion.  My guess is 5/16".

That should work fine, it's not like the
monster 16V burns much more fuel  :)

Suggest that you have same size fuel return line as supply line. If you have a good fuel pump, you may overpower the fuel regulator with smaller return line.

my return line is a little smaller, the only prob. I had was after a couple of months the pump started to get louder and the idle was a little rich there was two kinks in the return line hose on top of the tank about a three inch long piece, so being by myself to fix it I pulled the tank out and used about 14'' of fuel line to replace the 3'' made a loop on top of the tank and used two clamps on each end it made it alot easyer to get the tank back up there and a lot better angle on the return line hose, also try to run your fuel pump ground wire all the way to your battery I hear that they might go out if you get a bad ground off of the frame!
