Title: High idle on '87 samurai. How to adjust?

I just got an '87 samurai and it is idling very high. (at least when it first starts up) I haven't gotten the repair manual yet and was worndering if anyone here would know how to adjust it down?

If it is when cold...start at the top of the above link. If it's when warm, go to the botttom...the pic with the screwdriver. Also, make sure that the throttle cable isn't to tight.
