I believe it does.

The kit came with some brackers to raise the bumpers but I didnt use them.

I could put the bumper covers back on mine If i wanted, but I'd have to take off the 31's. (cuz they will rub otherwise)

I think I'll keep the 31's  :P

Thanks, So in other words i gotta custom fab some? Which is ok. Me and Stu can handle it. Also can i fit 30" tires with the 3" body lift and 2 inch suspension ok, with the stock covers?

yes only for the front but I didnt use them.It better to fabricate new mounts for front and rear if you want to use the stock bumbers,I believe. Its not a big deal.

Mine came with 2 little blocks, like the ones for the bodylift spacers with holes in it for the back bumper.

Here's a picture of my stock bumper with a 32-11.5 MTR on the door.

You can see it clears just fine.

I did have the front bumper on for about 2 weeks.  Once mounted.  All I had to do was trim the plastic to clear the tires.

Mine came with front and rear brackets. I still hate it, I can't believe any company can sell auto parts in bare metal and the noise inside the cab now is really bad as the Calmini kit doesn't use the rubbers in their stock configuration so all the noise and vibes are passed straight into the cab.
