has any seen a 3.1 turbo diesel isuzu trooper conversion in a sammy.......

Haven't seen that conversion, but I have seen the Volkswagon 1.6TD and 1.9TD conversion kits.

I have a VW and have heard of Mercedes, Toyota, and the Isuzu pup in Samurai, but not a 3.1 liter. Is that related to the 33D? - a really big 6-cylinder 3.0 Nissan that was in International Scouts, and is still being made for boats and forklifts?

It is Isuzu 3.1L
(4JG2-TC) Intercooled Turbo Diesel
--   92Kw
-- 274Nm

It is in a 85 LWB sammy with rover rear coil suspension and Jimny Coil front. Automatic Transmission with about 5.1:1 reduction gears.

I am trying to get more details and pictures.
