I need some info, pix, whatever on different rear bump stop options. With my new larger tires, I need a rear bump stop to keep them out of the fenders, and with my goofy leaf set up, I can't mount them in the stock location.
Does anyone have any pix of them mounted to say the u-bold plates or something like this? ANY ideas would be great, thanks in advance

you said ANY ideas ...
cut the fenders :)

Ditch the bumpers, redrill the springs and move the axles further apart. My 410 has them mounted on the axle tube above the spring perch, I'm guessing you're SPOA? I don't see any reason why you can't mount them on the U bolt plates

don't really wanna trim the fenders any more...not that theres a lot of metal left there anyway....lol
It's looking like the u-bolt plats are going to be the ticket.

On my Scout I used rubber bump stops off from and old snowmobile ski. They looked identical to the original stock ones they are about 2 inches long with a bolt adhered to one end. Just look on some old sleds with leaf springs on them.

More Lift...?

More Lift...?
Actually, I wanna keep the tires out of the fenders, but also, a bumpstop will force the opposite goofy leaf to open more thus giving me a little more flex in the rear ;D

Just an idea. Right in front of your goofy leaves, there is a flat plate. You could put a bump stop there. That is how Jeep YJ's are. The bump stop is more towards the front of the spring, not in the center.

I put the bumpstops on top of pedestals on top of our u-bolt plates for the longest time. Seemed to work great for us.
