Title: Convert solid rotors to vented on 96 X-90

I have a 96 X-90 with solid rotors, can I just swap calipers and vented rotors from a 96 Tracker or Sidekick as its getting new brakes?  I thought maybe pads on solid rotors were thicker than vented rotor setups and possibly the mount pattern was the same on Tracker calipers as the X-90.  Any one smart enough to help me out?

I’m not the expert but my understanding is that the x90 is functionally identical to the sidekicks of similar years, so it should work.  Not sure why would want to though, the x90 has pretty big brakes and I never had a lick of trouble from mine even towing stupid loads.
