Hey all,
My track/kick/vit is back on the road after about 5 months of being out of order  :(.
I installed a 3" lift and 33" tyres and then the ECU went bad and it wasn't drivable took me untill now to find out it was the ECU  >:(
Here are some pics of the flex test  ;D It surely is better than stock!

It even has (some) articulation in the front  ;)

fender flares are OEM suzuki parts still available over here in europe but very very rare in the US have a look at this thread:

The lift is a 3" body-lift and a 3" Pro Comp suspension lift.
Thanx for the compliments ;)

Glad you got it fixed Ed.

It's the 3(2.5?)" Pro comp lift bought second hand ;D and a 3" homebrew body-lift. The ARB bumper have I bought together with the lift second hand too ;D (yes I know I'm cheap, but I'm a student so I have reason to ;D)

Nice to see it's back on the road Ed, now all we have to do is meet up sometimes/somewhere, maybe at an ANVT event ?
Went offroading in Sclayn, Ardennes, Belgium, with the guys of www.suzisplace.nl, luckily not with my own Samurai, man did we wreck some engines and sheetmetal overthere. We were stuck on a muddy hill for over 3 hours with 2 broken down Samurai's, one with a burnt clutch and the other with a big hole in the side of the engine with a rod sticking out :o and 3 cars so stuck in the mud we almost couldn't get them out. Saved them all with the last 2 remaining working cars, one LJ 80 and one Daihatsu Taft with Toy axles.
Have you ever been there ??
-
No, not yet, but I've been to Saverne last year and that was a real good terrain. Sclayn is notorious because you have to go through, there are no d-tours (as I've heard) but I might go seeing it some time.... I wanted to go to Veldhoven a few weeks ago but couldn't b'cause the truck wasn't running, and I had to work too :( Next time I think I'll be there ;D

Be sure to do Veldhoven next time, very nice, big terrain, very muddy, very short turns, had loads of fun there, best Dutch terrain yet !!!!

some more pics at the bottom of:http://www.nitromax.nl/SAMOFFROAD.HTM
In Sclayn there are very few chances to turn and try again indeed, but that made it even bigger fun ;)
BTW: sorry for "stealing" your thread, I'll make it up to you when we meet ;)
