Title: 1st gen spacer lift kit
Post by: hwyman on September 02, 2019, 04:35:59 AM
I have a 2" spacer lift on a 1st gen tracker that is headed to scrap yard after rolling it and I recently bought a 2003 tracker and I have been wondering if the spacer lift kit from the 1st gen will fit on the 2nd gen?

I believe the big difference between the first & second gen kits is the second gen kits include spacers for the strut tower brace - if the "new" Tracker is a 2.0 or 2.5 you'll need those pieces.

I heard back from Low Range Off-road and they said the spacers would fit with no problem   They did not mention the strut tower brace spacers but those would be easy to fab or i could fab a new taller strut tower brace using a friends tubing bender   Looking at the kit It appears I would need a longer brake line which is fairly easy to have made.
