Anyone think this would work? A 1.6l ford ecoboost in a sammy?

It's not really about what we think, it's more can YOU do it, or afford to have it done - folks have dropped the GM Vortec V6 in there (you can even buy a kit to do it), so there's no reason to think that a 1.6 four banger would/should be impossible.  The big challenge with engine swaps today is the electronics.
