Title: New to Samurai club/basic advice?

Hi all,

Recently purchased a 1990 samurai SJ413 soft top.

Everything seems to be running sweet with it, just have a few questions?

Where can I find what dash warning lights mean as I have the battery light and exclamation light flashing whilst driving along. I know the belt needs changing and I have one coming in a few days, would a slack belt contribute to these lights?

Also, I have noticed that the alternator can actually swing further to accommodate the slack but if I pull it any further it will clash with a pipe sitting next to it?

Ack's FAQ should have the service manuals for the Samurai.
