Title: Location of Monitor Coupler or check connector on a 95 Suzuki Samurai

Hi, I am trying to time my 94 Samurai so it passes smog. The hood says to short circuit the two bottom connectors on the "check connector", I have searched on line and found a reference to it being located near the right headlight The only coupler near the right headlight on my car  has only two connectors in it. another reference said to short C and D terminals on the Monitor Coupler. I found the monito coupler on a wiring diagram.

Can anyone tell me where the "check connector" and / or the monitor coupler is located? and what it looks like?

It should be a short wiring pigtail coming out of the wiring harness near the battery. It should have a black rubber cap on the connector. The connector should be white color.
