Title: Issue when trying to PM

I've tried a number of times to send a PM to ebewley and also tried sending a PM to fordem. This error (pic) occurs after passing Captcha and hitting send. Perhaps pm'n moderators/admin is blocked? The error given is meaningless to me and offers no solution that I can see, as there is no "instruction" to read.

I'm neither a moderator nor an administrator, so it's probably a "system wide" problem.

Don't some of these forums have a minimum post requirement to do a PM?
