Just us crickets ...

I guess I should be posting as well... I hate to post the exact same stuff at 3 different places.. But I do appreciate all of the forums, and hate to see any of them dry up and blow away... I'll try to be more redundant from now on. ;) ....

It has been quiet for sure but that is a good opportunity for someone to be heard as there is less noise versus e.g. twit-tok-insta-you-face places...
I'll start ;) I'm looking for a tin-top Samurai for a project, anyone know of one in the PNW?

That'd be much appreciated. I can be a 'project' vehicle. :)

Not dirt cheap, or in the PNW, but...

Putting together some events/activities for Summer into the Fall. Right now, looking at a week-long adventure to the Jarbidge area again (this place is great!) late August. Of course, we'll do the FALL CLASSIC the week before Thanksgiving. Looking for ideas for July and September. Thinking about the Washington BDR or maybe the Shoestring / Manashtash ridge trails in Washington (July) ... What interests folks? We're open to putting together something for Suzuki enthusiasts just about anywhere.

Eric... There are quite a few Suzuki guys down here in So. Cal that do some activities... I haven't gone out with them, but a lot of day trips for sure... I'm not much of a Facebook guy, but the do a lot of posting there... I wonder if any of them are members here???

I've seen/heard of a couple of different and active groups in So Cal and AZ. I'm thinking of something in AZ this upcoming winter... Maybe a trip to Johnson Valley, Death Valley, Panamint or something like that should happen too.... Probably going to move forward with posting a calendar and seeing what draws from that.

I've done some riding in Johnson Valley, and there are some pretty interesting places to ride... We usually camp there a couple of times every year... Summer may not be the time you want to be visiting though...Fall thru spring is great...

What about the idea of doing JV either before or after the KOH event... So, one could go to that... and then we could do a small group run either on the course that is used for that year or something else?
-Eric
-
I've wanted to see the KOH but never have .. My Grandson went out as a spectator this year, and enjoyed watching it.. But he said it was a big swamp because of all of the rain we got... I would think going out after the event would be pretty interesting, but it might be hectic before because of pre-runners and setting up for the races... I have no knowledge of this, but just my thought...

Good thought about before vs. after. That makes sense.

Eric…. Still quite here…. But did you ever find you a tin top?
