Title: HARMONIC BALANCER CRANKSHAFT PULLEY SPINS

              Both belts broke and the harmonic balancer pully outer part turns  my question is can i weld it or have to replace it  i was told it is hard to replace have to take radiator out rent a pulley puller.

You would have to an extremely talented welder to be able to weld that back together and get it it to work, and I don't see that happening without removing it from the engine, so just replace it.
