Title: tracker dont start

New to this board I just picked up a tracker and it didnt start so i replaced the fuel pump and it ran ok,Now it dont start but there is a clicking noise coming from under the dash is it the relay or is the pump bad? any info would help

More information please:
 Does the engine crank? does it spin over real fast like it has no compression? or click noise? if so does it try to start? got spark? got fuel pressure? if you got FP how much? what year is it ? 8v or 16? carbed or FI?

My sidekick refused to start 2 weeks ago,after re seating all the main fuses in the engine compartment she started .
