you should just purchase a THRUSH TURBO muffler if money is a problem any size and offset generaly :-/plus you get a classic performance sticker 4 your ride if you like decals iput them on the underside of my hood  those are my badges of honor and it keeps people guessin what ive done to keep ahead or how i got there ;)

I think if you use a cherry bomb you are going to have to cut/relocate your mounting brackets here (http://romshack.us/up/images/Zukiexhaust.JPG)
because the muffler on Sidekicks arn't a straight through design SEE the red represents the cherry bomb.  (http://romshack.us/up/images/zukiexhaust2.JPG)

I would just cut off the old muffler, replace it with the cherry bomb, relocate on of the 2 exhaust mounts, and put a turn down on it.

if you are going to go in water the longer the pipe the better and the turndown, depending on how much they leave on there at a muffler shop(you would be surprised), will bring you closer to bubbling, increasing your backpressure making it harder for your engine and thats when you need it most so as to get out of the quicksand and such.

my .02 cents

Ya know, with a cherry bomb, most 4 bangers sound like a wet fart...... ;D  Also, be careful about how much you open up your exhaust.  Motors need some backpressure to develop low end torque.  If you wheel, you might be disappointed at how it performs.  On the highway, low backpressure will give you better top end performance, so it's a tradeoff/balancing act.

NSX,
Soil looks to wet for the habanero peppers. I grew alot of peppers the first year I tried a garden, and the pepers went nuts when it got realy hot and the ground dried out :-/ I dont know jack about gardening, but about the time I gave up and thought the dry was going to kill them they started producing LOTS of peppers :)
