Dayum. That is gigantic. I bet it's a real pain in the ass to drive with the stock motor! It probably can't get out of it's own way.  :(

Pretty cool looking though. Just needs some R&P and a V-6 or V-8 or something. Probably a little too big for me anyway.

I mean c'mon is that thing practical??  How well would a rig that big do on a trail like the rubicon, or moab?  I like the solid axle front!!
Anyone know what kind of suspension this thing has?

Not street legal in many places without mudflaps and/or fender flares.

I wonder if that's a toyota front end.  Doesn't look like sammy.

You can see that it has a 6-lug axle in the front... looks like Toyota for sure.

Can anyone tell me the general differences between a Sidekick and a Vitara? For they look nearly the same. In Germany we don´t have a "Sidekick" ....

Same Ride, different name. In the US they are called Suzuki Sidekicks or Geo Tracker. There may be some small differences from country to country, but the only one that I have heard of is different engines that are available.

What other engine options would be available in Germany?
A diesel pray tell?? I was hopeing to find a bolt in Diesel
that was in Japan or another Country engine option.

I think the Grand Vitara XL7 has a diesel engine, as for being bolt in I don't know.  I also don't know if it is available in germany.

My wishbook includes finding a rolled XL7
and swapping the V6 trans and all, more
torque than the turbo I run now and a 4
Speed Trans to run the 5:83 at a descent
speed on the highway

I bet it would be easier than the V8 Ford Swap I heared about.
At least the SideKick and the XL7 are similar in size.

Radiator, engine CPU, and a few cable mods for the throttle
and trans, some of the smog crap maybe.
