Title: IMPORTANT: BLM changes in Central Oregon

All,

Anyone who plans to use or uses the Upper Deschutes Resource Area NEEDS to read the proposed changes in the new Proposed Upper Deschutes Resource Management Plan and  final  Environmental Impact Statement (PRMP/FEIS). It is now available for a 30-day final review and protest period.

There are definitely things that you will not like and should send in your comments. In the past the BLM office in this area has been quite responsive to letters and email.

Deadline is FEB 14th. !
