Title: 42nd Annual Tierra Del Sol Safari
Post by: wildgoody on November 19, 2003, 12:06:47 PM
This is a calling all wheelers to the Tierra Del Sol Safari run.
This has been going for more years than I've been alive, come
and be part of Four Wheel Drive History, these folks really go
all out to make this a good time for all, lots of prizes to be given
out, Tires, Winches, Rollcages, you name it they draw tickets and
give it. This is a family event and it's open to all 4WD vehicles from
mild to wild, all in all about 2500 vehicles show up and around 5000
people. They do require registration to go on the marked trails, and
it is less if payed in advance, vehicles must meet all safety requirements
but it's not too bad, mostly common sence stuff.

Here is a link to the safty stuff.

And a link to the prize sponsors from last year.

Take a look and come on out if you can, this will be my 3rd
year, and I'm looking forward to many to come.

If you have trouble viewing the pages with Netscape, try IE instead
until they get the viewing problem fixed.

UPDATE: Pre-Registration is $45 on site is $60
There are only 7 weeks left so get your rigs setup
and get registeered if you are going to attend.

The Pre-Registration forms are here:

Cool, I'll look forward to wheeling with you,
I'm sure we can find another spot around the
campfire too if you don't have camping plans.

I look foward to seeing you. I'll have teh purple/green splash tracker. I only have 2"homemade lift but its the little track that could. I run the piss out it. It runs the desert great. There will only be A couple of us, trackers.
My friend is an official so I get to run with them before the runs. Last time I ran out in truckheaven I had a k5 and broke my ft. u/joint
                              see you there,
