Sorry, Not really suzuki related :-[
who has one? Mines doesn't accept a 5/8 shackle in which is recommended for it, mine only fit's a 3/16 which is rated for like a ton??? What did u guys do???

You mean on the upper end for winching use? Mine accepts a 5/8 shackle just fine. In pictures though, I have seen the clamp end-piece used to hold the shackle instead of just sticking it through the end of the jack itself...

The only time I used a hi lift for winching I used a file to slighty enlarge the end hole on the shaft and wrapped the other chain around the lift part so a small shackle stopped the chain sliding off rather than take the load.
The biggest problem with a hi lift is finding a anchor point and a jack plus 16m of chain fits a lot better in the back of my old patrol than a zook.

I agree, I've tried and a jack + 16 meters of chain also fit better in the back of my Chevy pickup than a Zuk, Zuk is way too big to fit in the back ;D ;D

I took my 48" Hi Lift jack and cut about 6" off of the bottom of the main upright beam then re-attached the baseplate to make it a 42" Hi Lift jack. This way it fits flat across the cargo floor of my Tracker just behind the back seat. ;D
