ive got an old toyota truck imthinking 78-79 its got the rounded bubls flares if that helps anyone? its got 5.13 gears in it i have been told that the bolt right into my sidekick is that true and are they stronger like axle wise then wut i got from factory ?
-
first off if it has lower gears it will have 5.29's as toyotas aren't available with 5.13's
for these to fit they will need alot of fabrication. You rear end is coils the toy is leaves. Your front is IFS the solid toy front is leaves as well.
Not saying it can't be done but you will have to figure out steering, brakes, driveshafts, leaf spring mounts, shock mounts, different rims as they are different bolt pattern.

will the gears inside of the toyota axle fit inside my housing?
-
No, a Toyota and a Suzuki have different gears.

do u have a standard or an auto. if u have standard u have 5.12 gears. u need to go to the article arcives on the front page they r very informative and can answer alot of questions before u ask them and they will give u some questions to ask. have fun reading. oh the only thing that will swap inyo a sidekick is a tracker set up because they r the same thing. GOOD LUCK.
