2 Front spacers for OEM strut braces body lifted or non
All hard ware to mount the part
Full picture instructions no 3 pic sheets here like detailed insstructions.

Features:

Front strut spacers space struts 1.5" and also bring in the front camber 2deg inwards to correct the positive camber u will have. Powder coated or Zinc plated spacers.

Urathane or poly 1.5" coil spacers front and rear

Rear shocks not sure what brand will do some testing first 1.5" longer then stock

All the hardware you need grade 10.9 cad bolts.

That is awsome.  You forgot to mention the spacer for the OEM strut tower brace.

Any ideas on price/timeframe of when this will be available?  I am actually kind of glad that I won't be able to lift mine for another 3-6 months.  Hopefully your kit will be ready by then.

Ok for time im gonna be building the spacers for the struts in the next month. I got a shop to cut the flanges so i should be getting them soon. Im gonna be building my own coil spacers on the lathe or find a good supplier.

I wanna get this on my truck and CE1_2NR and start diong some trailing and some KM as for testing i drive over 1500km a week and testing of rear shocks.

Im guessing a Price here Guessing pulling a price out of my ass ruffly.  $350-$450 max canadian
.......................$300-$375max Us FUnds

The prices would include

2 Strut spacers
4 Coil spacer
2 Rear shocks
2 Front OEM strut brace mounts
2 Rear new or bumpstop extenders
2 Front Bump stop extenders.

All bolts washers
Instructions

Im going on what the parts are gonna cost me plus my time

Im gonna put this stuff on my trucks and dryw and put at least one month 6000km in it and some off roading and see how it works out.

Sounds awesome.  If the price stays where you have it, I will probably be in on this.

I'd add a specific max tire size this would work with mounted on stock rims or X rims with xx back spacing. That way you will not have to answer any questions particularly to this.

For shocks, I'd suggest looking as the lengths of XJ fronts. I have a set on the rear of my XL7 and they fit great. I also have the 2" poly Jeep spacer and the lift block for the bump stop.

For your lift, I'd also strongly suggest bump stop changes. Changes can be longer ones, or you can rise the stop point, like I did. A simple bolt/nut and a block. For the front, it would require a longer bump stop, or a spacer, or a block attached to the lower control with adhesive.

Yeah i have figured the bump stops out i have them figured out but i wanna try the spacers out with everything done then take it in the buch and see.

As for wheels i have 15x7 rims -6 back spacing with 1" wheel spacers and i only get a bit of rub in the back.

Ill try some tires and rim combos out along with how much articulation i can get ill have pics and so forth.

As for the coil spacers they will be my own made to fit the vitra and XL7 perfect as in no movement in them.

Might be a dumb question, but would the set up work on the 99+ Trackers?

I sure hope so, I was planning on using it on my 02 Tracker.  I believe all of these parts should be the same for all of the Trackers, Vitaras, Grand Vitaras and XL7s from 99+.  The only thing that might be different is the valving on the shocks if you have a 2 door.  In that case you might want slightly softer shocks if available.  But since it is not replacing the springs or struts this really should be a "one size fits all" type of application.

JDMCRX, Assuming this does work with all of those models, you should have a pretty big market that is only going to grow as the new Suzuki's become more popular for wheeling.

Count me in. Been looking for a decent lift for my 04 XL7 that doesn't break the bank.

Sounds promising. Keep the board updated. Also if you need someone to host your biz site drop me a PM.

Well guys here is the updates im gonna be making the coil spacers this weekend 1.5" out of UHMV.

The front strut spacer will be 1" alum spacer cause doing some measureing and so forth the 1.5" spacer is going to be too much work and money to build.

Im gonna do the spacers this weekend out of 1.5" try it out on my truck and the spacers and ill let u guys know how it fairs out.

The rear shocks im gonna try the crown vic and TJ fronts on the rear.

Do take note that you won't need the 1.5" up front to match 1.5" in the rear. Since the coil is located on a swing arm, it's location wrt the control arm frame mount will lesser the spacer thickness.  The closer the coil, the lesser the thickness. The farther away, the larger the thickness.

I suggest that you add your rear spacer. Then measure the front coil height. Lift the front off the ground with a floor jack. Remeasure the exact spot. Difference will be the approximate spacer thickness.

Ive noticed that im gonna see about using 1 3/8" in the front and 1.5" in the rear and see what happens from there

I couldn't get my coil back in with the 1-3/8" spacer added up top. The swing arm didn't go down far enough. I did have the passenger side shaft still in the diff and connected at the hub. I did remove the caliper and ABS sensor, undid the upper strut mount and even the tie rod. All that didn't help. (I don't use a front sway bar.)

I just swapped out the bad housing and had to totally remove the axle shaft on the passenger side. I had to totally remove the strut/knuckle from the lower control arm. The control arm didn't fall to the ground. I found that the bushings were really tight. By loosening some, the arm hit the ground. This may help in getting the coil to mount into the arm properly. You may have to man-handle the spring into the arm while swinging it up. Biggest pain in the ass is that swing arm. I'd suggest you totally remove the front and only have the control arm and coil to work with. Add the shaft and strut/knuckle once the coil slips in. This is also no that easy as the ball joint hits the outer cv when you try to lift the knuckle into the ball joint.

I kept my 2 bolts that hold the knuckle to the strut as these bolts 'align' the front end. I can take the strut top off as many times as I care to and place it back together again and have minimal change in the alignment. Break those 2 bolts on the knuckle and you got a mess to contend with.

Its hard but what u got to do i think is im gonna try busting the inner bolts and keep the balljoint attached and use a jack and try to put the spacers up front.
