i just bought a 92 sammi and the front brakes are kinda locked up from not being driven for a few months, how can i free them up?

92 Sammy ? I didn't know they
built them that late, any way, you
can try to drive it to break them
loose, or take them apart and replace
the calipers and pads

It's probably rust scale built up on the brake rotor or the calipers frozen in place or both. I agree with wild, you could just try to drive them free; the pads will remove the rust scale pretty quickly.

I'd take them apart, the pistons may be siezed in the caliper or it may be stiff on the sliders.
