For all the people who say TJ shocks fit the GV or Sidekicks they do not fit

I'm using a set of thrown away stock XJ (Cherokee) gas shocks. Though now they are leaking.

I've got them on the rear using the 2" spacer on top of spring, and a 2" bump stop riser placed on the spring mount on the axle. Maybe this is what is needed. I needed the bump stop risers to stop my tire from going too high.
