Title: GV + auto trans + 29-30"ish tires = what kind of mpg?
Post by: AJMBLAZER on August 14, 2005, 12:24:56 PM
So we took the GV wheeling today.  Did pretty good for a 4x4 with low clearance and smaller car tread-ish tires.  Had to use some speed to get up one sand hill but it made it. 8)  Definately needs a lift, some skids, a locker, and bigger tires.

Anyways, how's the gas mileage on automatic Grand Vitaras turning 29-30" or so tires.  I'm thinking about 225/75R16 tires.  With gas prices over $2.50 now the reliable 19mpg we're getting is pretty nice. :P
