I read a bunch of posts through the search function, but I still have some questions.
here are some given statistics:
97 4door kick auto
Planning on calmini 3" susp lift
Now I would like to know what else would need to be doen to fit 31's or 32's. I want to keep height as low as possible and stance as wide as possible. But I DO NOT want rubbing.
So what is the biggest point of rubbing, on the frame? or in front of the doors?
I assume 31x10.50s and th2 3" + 2" bpdy will clear fine so would 32x11.50 and 3+3" work?
Also what about flipping the strut mount, is this a good idea? Would I be able to flex as well that way?
Since I am getting new tires....rims will be in order. What backspacing should I get to keep my 31's wide but not rub the body?
Who makes sway bar Disconnects for sidekicks?
Thanks, I am new to zuks. cyber high-fives to whoever can answer my Q's

Also here are a couple of rigs that are inspiration for mine.

I really like the stance of these. The first is 3+3 on 31's and teh second is 3+3 on 32's
Would these encounter rubbing? and what offset rims would you guess. I'd rather have the wheels offset than user spacers if I can. Thanks

This was a really great reply to the same questions I had been asking Heather about 4-door zuke dreams:
A body lift is basically made up of spacers (blocks) that go in between your body and frame. This raises up your body away from your frame somewhat, and therefore keeps your rocker panels from being the first thing that comes in contact with the ground when you get high centered. Doing this usually requires extending your shifters as your transmission and transfercase are attached to the engine, which is attached to the frame, which the body is now sitting two inches higher from. Usually companies like Calmini include shifter extensions with their body lift kits.
A suspension lift basically just raises or extends your suspension. Such as putting spacers on top of springs or struts, replacing struts and shocks with longer ones, and replacing the a arms with some that allow more height and articulation. This does not move the body away from the frame, and instead, this is where you recieve "ground clearance" from, as this "raises" the frame height from the ground.
Basically, you need the BUDGET BODY LIFT as explained here - with a little fender trimming, you'll be runnin' 31's in no time! http://www.zuwharrie.com/content/view/11/27/
hope this helps!

By the way, the strut flip is a great idea.
