It was a Suzuki accessory sold through dealers. Fits to existing mounting points so no drilling required  ;D

I wonder if it's still available through parts.... although, it's probably be more expensive than the calmini version.

Not available anymore. I bought mine NOS from a dealer who buys up Suzukis old stock. I got it half price, around £180. I tried to buy a Calmini rack, they wouldn't sell me one, insisted that as it was built in 2000 their rack wouldn't fit. Wouldn't accept that it would! Finally agreed to sell it with the words 'Will NOT Fit' written on the invoice then told me they didn't have any and couldn't give a delivery date either. The plus side of the Calmini rack is that it has a higher load rating, that could be Suzuki being nervous about the CofG though as its plenty strong enough.
