Ok I got my rig back together with the new locked rear end and the front third with the locker.
I now have a horrible rear drive line angle that I"m going to fix with some shims I bought a while back and now can't find >:(
Any way I have a really bad vibration and I figure it's because of the rear angle but I noticed that even in 2wd the front drive shaft is still turning ( Yes I unlocked the front hubs). I have noticed this when flat towing that the rear would spin the front is this normal or should I be looking for a new transfer case???
It starts going forward alot easier with the 4.62's and 32's than it did with the 235's and 3.73's
any way I guess I will look at it tomorrow and see if I can find anything else out.

Make SURE that you have assembled the driveshafts correctly!
Here is a link to a video/text description of the process:
Driveshaft reassembly FAQ article (http://ackerdackerly.com/faqphpBB/viewtopic.php?t=8&highlight=driveshaft)
Hope this helps!

the rear shouldnt need any shims with the lift you have. brent set up the pinion angle and welds on the spring perches, so it should be good ???
i would have to say that ack is right and the drivelines are not put togeather right, any variation would make it vibrate like hell :( if you have any problems give me a call and i'll help anyway i can

the rear diff is pointed straight out I can take a picture if you like.
It needs to come up about 3 degrees that's what I had my other pads welded at.
I thought it was really wierd but that's the way it looks really steep drive line angle.
_/ not quite that steep but close.

The rear diff should be perty close to parallel to the transfer case, how close is it? you could make some longer shackles and drill several sets of holes in them to find the sweet spot.

fixed the drive line was really off both front and rear.
Shimmed the rear up couple degrees no vibration/
I have the longer shackles but angle was still really bad.
Any way seems to fixed now at least I can drive my zuk at shore patrol and not the Oj mobile.
