Title: Will it fit? Gears/lockers

I want to put the r&p(4.30) from a 97' tracker in my 93' sidekick. Also I want to put the rear housing from a samurai with his carier and a locker in my front axle with 26spline axles.

I think that it will fit but i just want to be shure. (What about the 10/12bolt thing in the rear?)
