Title: Opinion needed on sliders 4 3 Vitara

Where the tube bar will follow the lip on the sill, what gap would you leave between the tube and sill??

Or use some door rubber/or something simular and sit the tube flush up against the sill.

Making these up on the weekend.

leave at least a 1/2" gap. I would to make anything touch as it will rub and cause the paint to be rubbed away. Don't forget the body and frame are seperated with rubber bushings so they move a bit.
