I drive a 1990 sidekick, and I think that those cables have never been changed! any of you guys xperimented with any of the "performance brands" or recommend any for better performance/economy?

I doubt if you'll see any improvement over a good set of stock cables, particularly with a stock motor, they don't really need a lot of spark. I know a lot of people swear by aftermarket brands but i haven't found any that will match the OE cables. My Vit would run underwater with stock leads which impressed me ;D

I have a set for sale in the fo' sale section, if you would like the "performance" kind.

NGK wires and Plugs is what I like to use...
Have always worked well....better than OEM quality, not cheap but you geet what you pay for.
