Title: a new lock-right lockr it start to vibrate the transfer

hi guys
my 94 4 dors sidekick have a problem in the rear dif' after we put a new lock-right lockr it start to vibrate the transfer, is anyone know if the problem is form the shims of the coplers in side the dif' or the springs ????
need help

you might not have got the drive shaft back in the original position ... (supposed to mark it so it goes back the same).

it's a simple thing to try ... (unbolt at the pinion, rotate 90 degress, try it, repeat as necessary)

you might find the added stress. (not much) has thrown up a problem that had not reared its head yet.
like. might be side gears  ,,, prop UJ or wheel bearing.

Are 4 door drive shafts 1 or 2 piece ???
I'm thinking if there are 2 pieces, it's out of phase

Mine is one piece with a flange at one end and a slip yoke on the other, kinda hard to mess up.

I find the problem : it was because toow thin shimss more with the toow thick shimss in the sidegears that was in the original dif', whan we take the toow thin shimss out the problem was solved!!!!!! ;D
