Adding coil spacers up to 1-1/2" tall, there really aren't any cons. You would want to do an upper strut mount flip as well as possibly add longer rear shocks. Depending on the rims and tires you run and how your truck is set up already, you might run into a slight camber issue, but this is easily solved a few different ways. You could add wider rims, camber bolts, camber wedges with undersized upper strut to spindle bolts or even grinding out the upper strut to spindle hole in the strut to move the spindle to where it needs to be and welding a heavy washer over the bigger hole to center the bolt in the right spot... That's really about the only cons. If you go much higher than 1-1/2", you are stressing the cv's by making them operate at a steeper than designed for angle that accelerates wear...
