I just picked up an 87 Sami that is the tan putty color. The paint is pretty good. Are there folks who like this color? I was considering changing the color to white, but hate to change the original color if folks exist who really like it. I'm going to resell the vehicle and can either change the color, or keep it original.
I find it easier to change the color if it starts out gray, black, etc. That way, if I paint it red or something it looks nice if I do the jambs and take it to the weather strip.
So, do folks like this tan? I'm not nuts about it.
Thanks,
Alfonse

Show me a pic. I've never seen a tan one.

Leave it tan ... great base color if someone (or you) wanted to do a camo job ...

Where are you located? Maybe you could sell me this Samurai and buy one the color you want?

It would be a great base for camo! I've got the Sami in Everett, WA. I'll probably just leave it stock color and shoot it in enamel, like Centari.
Thanks,
