1.8, 16V, 5 spd.  33 mpg on highway.  I think it is a 15 gal tank.  That makes about 500 miles on a tank.

my kick gets GARBAGE mileage, i drive 64 miles each way to work, I put $10.00 in it at say $2.30 a gallon, I can only get to work and back.  So whats that come out to? about 12 maybe 12 mpg?

I think i need a new ecu since i cant get rid of my code 15 and its lit all the time.....

OUCH! My old K5 got better than that. My Sami gets about 20 mpg (bleeding oil all the way).

Oh well, if its still bleeding, its still alive.  :P

1.6 8V on 33"s

300km tops on a tank, that's 200 miles....

And a tank over here will cost around 45 euro's ($50)  :-\

If my math abilities haven't completely failed me, $10.00 at $2.30/gallon makes about 4.3 gallons.  64 miles each way to work is 128 miles on that 4.3 gallons.  I figure that at almost 30 mpg.  Not bad in my book.  Did I miss something?

I turn like 4000-4500 on the express way and you still get 30+!!!!!!

I am glad I don't have a problem, and everyone else gets around what I do

hmm, maybe its just the small tank? seems like it uses more gas? plus the check engine light and a ride a 55-85mph on the way into work dosent save gas either...

Thanx, I'll remember that.  I usually don't trust the fuel guage and try to fill up when it says about 1/4 tank.  Don't want to have to send the wife walking for gas if we run out.

I'm consistently getting 23mpg per tank for at least 10 tanks of gas now.  I fill up when it reads about 230-240 miles, and the needle is on the red, or close to it.  This is a 16V 4-door.

what's really funny is when i do go offroad for a day, then drive home and drive to work for the week, that time i spent driving offroad, with that same tank of gas, you'd think i'd be burning a lot of fuel for the small amount of miles, but it seems the other way around.  If i drive OR for 4-5 hours, then drive the same tank for the rest of the week, i get closer to 250-260 miles.

I also calculate each time i do the MPG figures that my odometer is 12% off, so i take the 230 miles times 1.12 and that gives me actual miles i've driven, then divide by gallons used (which is usually 11 gallons).

You guys are remembering to add the differences in the odometer to actual numbers, right?

I get around 20mpg on mine.  I'm running 31 BFG Muds and 5.62 gears.  Usually 200 miles per tank fill.  I wish they made larger tanks for the Trackicks.
