Title: engine lacks bad

96 geo tracker idles fine .when you accelerate miss bad .then when up to speed acts fine .
some times 1000 rpm to 3000 misses bad then after 3000 runs strong .and some times no power all the way thru

Fuel filter and or pump

I'm feeling like a broken record here,
this is like the 3rd time in 2 days this
same type of problem

   if its a 16v don't forget to check the plug wires I had that hapen to me idled fine and ran high rpm's ok  but no power in mid range
