I've been researching EFI for my next aircraft engine....
After looking real hard at Mega Squirt and a buch of others I've decided to go with
SDS EFI.
Neat system....more expensive than Mega Squirt, but simpler to install set up and the system
has a huge amount of time in the air on the owners own aircraft. (says a lot when your a pilot)
I would still consider the Mega Squirt for a ground based project. But if you are looking at a nearly bolt on system thats easy to use I think it's worth the extra.
Might be the Cat's meow for 16 valve Sami conversions that the owner doesn't want to get into electronics on.
Can also be had with ECU controlled crank fire ignition....check it out.

The owner is a racer, pilot, homebuilt aircraft builder and turbo nut.

I looked at that system a while back. It does sound very good but its not suitable for TBI. Some good tech info though. I have almost finished my new ECU now. You can't really tell from the pic but I have around 150 out of 180 components soldered on.
