Title: High rpm cut out

 SO 1 week ago i did the really bad and ran my car out of gas. Now i know this can plug up the fuel filter and burn out the fuel pump. Well i think my dad brought me gas with water in it. I changed the fuel filter right away and put a bottle of heet in to get rid of the water. So here is my problem from 5500 to 7000 grand i have a intermitten cut out. It will still go to 7 grand it just takes longer and cuts out along the way.  Now its not a mis because that set a trouble code and trip a engine light.  IT seems to get worse when it cold and better when it warms up. Anys help would be great. I'm ready to go nuts and take the injecters out and test them.

It takes a while to get all the water out, you might have to shake out your filter a few times more, once it's out the codes should quit.
