Title: Carb problems

Okay I have a 87 Sammy with the 1.3 liter. Now lately I have had problems with the second barrel not opening and I have a vacume leak, I think its idling pretty rough but its okay above idle. Now it has vacume operated secondary so I figured that might be it but I have yet to find any leak anywhere. I dont konw where to go from here, everything mechanincal seems to work fine. Its saw so serious deep water action before the problem started so I though maybe a sensor of some sort but the main comp is under my dash so I dont know. There is a sensor on the vacume lines going to the secondary vacume switch<<( dont really know what to call it) Well I guess I'm just rambling on but any ideas would be helpfull,
