I replaced the transfer case in my 91 Sidekick with a case from a 94 Tracker. I had to change the driveshaft yoke to match the case {different spline}. Now I have a speedometer gear stripped, evidently a mismatch in speedo gears also. Chevy dealer says they are both the same It is evident they aren't. Besides that they are discontinued. I need help desperately, as I I have no torque converter lockup without the speed sensor and a check engine light !!! Where can I locate the proper speedo gear or if one is even available ! HELP !!
