Nice work, arkangel!  I would appreciate if you could provide some more details because I would like to try making some for my 98 Tracker.  What did you use to bend the tubes?  I just got an oxy/acetylene welding kit and I'm going to try to teach myself how to weld.  Do you think I can make those bends with a torch?

Not pretty bends...   not with keeping them accurate.. if you can.. I would be highly impressed..

Get an el-cheap pipe bender from Harbor Freight..   takes a while but makes pretty OK bends..

I know that 31" BFGs MTs would fit but I think I'm going to loose more power... So maybe sticking on 235s or going up to 30s would be a smart choice. Man my 1.6 8V is slow now, so I don't want to be "slower" 

I like bumpers made of tubing 'cause they're NOT heavy. That design looks lighter than mine 

The bender used is similar to that one used to bend exhaust pipes. But uses more PSIs because the wall of these tubes is a lil bit thicker.
